  3 things that happened during my experience with Dr. Reddy: (there's more, but I'm being brief) 1) I went through the ENTIRE prep for a colonoscopy (which is not a fun experience for anyone who has been there) took off from work, had my boyfriend take off work so he could drive me to it, and right when they were about to put me under to start the procedure, they found out I had C Diff (a contagious bacterial infection) and could not continue with the procedure. I had to reschedule and wait another month before I could get a colonoscopy. Found out that I should have had a test that would prove me negative of this infection long before I scheduled a colonoscopy. This is something Dr. Reddy should have known and had me do to avoid this confusion, especially since he knew I had C. Diff. 2) I was charged $250 for a test I never should have gotten. After the experience laid out in 1, I was getting said test completed. The paperwork got botched and I ended up getting a test taken that I didn't need and I had to pay full-price for it. 3) My Case Manager spent 2 months trying to get a hold of this office to discuss this bill, but no one EVER returned her calls. 2 months. NO returned calls. Eventually I paid this $250 bill, but I honestly feel taken advantage of, used, and completely dissatisfied with this service. People are only human. I can understand making mistakes. It's how we handle mistakes that show our level of professionalism. Not once did anyone step forward to own their mistakes, apologize, or offer any type of compensation for the time, money, and stress lost from these experiences. I've moved on to another doctor, and I recommend anyone who reads this to avoid my experience and do the same.
