  If I could give this practice less than one star I would. I called having issues with my allergies and not being able to breathe out the left side of my nose. First appointment I get the luck of the draw with the PA Jeff. First he is over 30 mins late. Second he comes in the room like he knows all and I know nothing! RUDE totally and completely rude. I ended up walking out on him he has the bedside manner of a rock. Note to practice, when you have a brand new patient coming in I suggest they see a MD and not a PA. I have no problems seeing a PA if I am an established patient. Better yet maybe hire better PA's. He did not even scope my nose. He suggest breathe right strips. Guess I should walk around with one on my nose 24/7. I am sorry I was running copious amounts of snot at this appointment. He didn't ask about headaches or any other symptoms. He came in and did the thing where if they pull on your cheeks you can breathe. UMM YES I am 57 sick and tired of this and being on allergy meds and having copious amounts of snot to deal with. The not feeling great, the pressure, but NOPE he had me diagnosed in 2.5 seconds. I walked out on the appointment. I am use to seeing a doctor especially for the first time who asks questions, who doesn't just POOF you are done. My daughter was looking for an ENT I texted her 2 seconds when I was out of this office telling her to go somewhere else! I am 57 and he treated me horribly

  My son went to a different ENT for 6 years they never helped him just kept putting in new tubes and everything was allergies. We could not have asked for a better team!!!

  I normally don't write reviews; however, I could not hold back from writing one about this practice. Unfortunately my experience when visiting and dealing with this group has not been a good one. I feel like I am being treated as a customer, not a patient (the feeling of knowing they only care about you spending $, versus actually wanting to help you). I have had to wait months multiple times to see my physician. When I do see him he can't remember any of our prior interactions and I have to refresh his memory. I have had to inform him that certain steps have already been taken when he recommends things. He keeps our meetings very short because the office is always running behind on appointments. I would be willing to bet that if the doctor saw me at the grocery store he could not call me by my name. Moreover, good luck trying to speak to someone if you work a regular 9 to 5. Phones are answered by an answering service for an extended amount of time during the middle of the day when people normally take their lunches. Try calling after work? Their phones go to the same answering service by 4:45pm and all the answering service does is schedule appointments or take messages. On a more positive note, the allergist are extremely sweet, especially Diane. Those girls are the only reason I continue to visit. I will be looking for a new doctor, but will continue to visit this practices allergy department.

  I called as I got locked out of their online application to complete my first visit paperwork. The girl that answered said she would send a new email with user name and password (I could tell that I was putting her out). I explained I do not think that the user name changed as that is what got me locked. The user name is my email address even though it just said my name ilenekoller. The girl said she did not know and was just going to resend the email. Well- that was not the help I needed. Then I read the practice reviews - 2.9. Makes total sense. I hope others will not waste their time with this medical group. I know that I am not. I have a PPO and have many many choices of what practices I can go to. This will not be one of them. As for the Yelp responder for all of your bad reviews. How about training and managing your practice better - INSTEAD of platt response. Put your words into action.
